There is a good old PDF document with the major tables by module floating around "on the interwebs". If you google 'SAP tables', I believe it should be somewhere in the top results. (Don't want to break any copyright laws by posting a copy here.)
I'd be confused (or rather mad) too if I tried to remember ALL the SAP tables. Yikes...
