Currently we have PS module built with a structure of Parent WBS element (which is the main project) and we have Children WBS Element for Capital and other expenditure.
we technically dont allow posting to the Parent WBS element, but we dont have any system controls put in place, so anyone can pick the Parent WBS element and assign it as Cost object and make posting to it. (From process perspective, this is not allowed, but as i said we dont have a system controls).
Questions Is there a way we can prevent people using Parent WBS element from using it and also control if someone is using Parent WBSE as an default cost object (like Work Orders)?
