For this type of broadcasting it sounds like you are better with the BEx Broadcaster now
Analysis Office offers some limited scheduling (not the same as BEx Broadcaster) - see How ASUG Members Influenced Analysis Office (and Sneak Preview)
and Scheduling with SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office but it doesn't do what you are describing.
