Sell Side Event Validation

Hi Sourcing Experts,

When an RFx is published to vendor, the vendor review and accepts the terms/conditions given by the buyer.

When ever the vendor accepts given terms, immediately those terms should attach to RFx as an attachment with supplier accepted date and time.

Is there any IAPI method to handle the sell side event  ?
