Hi Rohit,

 

Have you verified that the directory synchronization tick box is checked under the queues basic block?  Without allowing the queue to by synchronized to the directory it will not show up in IC web.

Also you must have the Queue Number in the CRM Presence profile not just the name of the Queue.

The name of the queue is for IC web purposes but the number is what CRM keys on for the directy view.
