My current System is Solution Manager 7.1 SPS08, which we have recently upgraded from Solman 7.0
Now, I am upgrading Service Desk configuration for VAR from Solman 7.0.I have the same problem that i cannot see "Time Recording" in Workcenter.Please tell me where exactly i could this option and i have maintained The Activity Types in the IMG-step "Specify Activity Description" under Time Recording using the default IC Webclient profile "SOLMANPRO".Well, i am also bit confused about the what entries need to be specify in Text No. ,Text and Product columns.
Please suggest me in detail with some examples.
